COACHES' ASSOCIATION

2008 ALL STATE TEAMS

The "Illinois High School Football Coaches' Association" shall select this fall its annual Athletic and Academic All State Teams. Eighteen All State players in each class will be honored at the state final games in 2008. Many other athletes will be sent certificates as Honorable Mention All State. Athletes meeting the standards for Academic All State will be sent certificates honoring their achievements. In 2007,  the "Illinois High School Football Coaches' Association" honored over 500 athletes with this program.

THE COACHES' ASSOCIATION CANNOT HONOR ANY ATHLETE UNLESS HE IS NOMINATED BY HIS COACH. SOME OF OUR STATE'S BEST ARE NOT BEING HONORED BECAUSE HIS COACH HAS FORGOTTEN TO SEND IN THE NOMINATION FORM.
